All payments made to PAQTUM are considered final.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Because PAQTUM provides professional consulting services that require the reservation of time, expertise and business resources, all purchases are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. Once a consultation, advisory session or project has been booked or initiated, no refunds, cancellations or partial reimbursements will be issued.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing the service description, pricing and scope before completing their purchase. By completing payment, the client confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and all Terms & Conditions.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception will be evaluated solely at PAQTUM’s discretion or where required by applicable law.
